Failing To Pass

Currently: Chatting with a couple of friends and Thinking one is sorta crazy.

I just want to say I'm not really the smartest person out there. I don't really do my work in school and am a very VERY disorganized person. I can't really help who I am, I try to become organized one day but then the next couple days it will escalade into a waterfall of horror. I wish I could do better in my classes but I just seem to not be able to focus. I'm really horrible at it. My grades this nine weeks at my school are going to be so horrible. I know I've already got like three F's and two D's probably but there's nothing I can do about them now but get a better grade this next nine weeks. Though how?

(Yes, this was a random post. Sorry.)

Reading 'The Cat Who Said Cheese.'

Currently: Reading 'The Cat Who Said Cheese'.

Hello Hello, it is I! Been a while since I've last posted here. I don't really know why but I've been quite busy with school and reading a book that I found in my room of the 'Cat Who...' series. It is quite an interesting series. It doesn't have to do with cats totally like some may think because of its titles but instead its about an ex-detective named Jim Qwilleran and his two feline companions Koko and Yum Yum.

In the book I'm currently reading Qwill getting ready for a Food Explo coming up when all of a sudden a bombing happens right before the explo at the new Pickax hotel. What could it mean? I'm not really sure but Qwill with the help of his cats has to find out who planted this bomb. Here's what it says on the back of the book since my explanations of things suck really...

"With the approaching Great Food Explo, there's lots of delicious activity in Moose County-resaurant openings, a cheese-tasting, and bake-off are planned, among other events. But there's nothing as tasty as a morsel of gossip,so when a mysterious woman moves into the New Pickax Hotel, the locals indulge in lots of speculation. Even Qwill is distrated. And when a bomb explodes in her room, killing the hotel house-keeper, Qwilleran, Koko, and Yum Yum have to put asde the treats and figure out who cooked up this murderous recipe..."

I'm currently half way through this book and it has gotten pretty good. I can't wait to finish it. I would tell you all how it is when I finish but I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone. I advise you to read this book if you like detective stories like this one.

Favorite Insect: Dragonfly

Currently: Amazed by a dragonfly and Wanting to take more pictures of things.

Went outside in front of my house to talk to my mom when I noticed a dragonfly sitting on top of our metal round thing we tied some of our peppers to. I thought that if I got my new camera I could take some pretty cool pictures of him. I went inside and by the time I came back outside with my camera he was actually still there.
I took several pictures of him with my new camera and then with my old one because it takes really good pictures close up. I came back in and uploaded the pictures and found some that were pretty awesome. I realised at that point that I had forgotten to turn the Micro on my new camera so that's why he was blurry and the leaves behind him were focused in on. I went back outside after turning the micro on and found him to still be sitting on the metal thing. I took some more and more pictures of him this time with the micro on. I came back in to upload them to find them looking totally awesome than before. I was really greatful and I told the dragonfly himself thank you so many times for letting me take pictures of him.
Right now I probably think he's still out there sitting on that metal thing. Maybe even waiting for me to take more pictures of him? I might actually have another post later today of random pictures I've taken with my new Coolpix camera.

(Also, if anyone happens to know what kind of dragonfly he is, then could you please tell me? Thanks. )

(All pictures in this post were taken by me.)

Happy Birthday

Currently: Tired and Need to find a good book to read.

Yep Yep, its someone's birthday today. Well er... not just someones, more like mine? Yeah, I'm currently er.... seventeen years old today. The seventeenth of October is my birthday and I am proud of it. I sometimes did wish I was born on the sixteenth jus because I like that number but nope. Its the seventeenth. I will probably make this post quite short since its getting late and I don't really want to type much. Basically I just wanted to let peoples know that my birthday was today and I got a new camera a couple days ago! Yes, its pretty cool and takes amazing pictures. Though this doesn't mean I'm getting rid of my old one. I'm still keeping it and taking pictures of different things. Probably the sky mostly. But if I ever need a camera that takes fast pictures then this is the one I will be using. Its a Nikon Coolpix S210. It's purple too but its pretty nice though doesn't have as many settings as my old one sadly.

Omg, It Was Yellow Outside

Currently: Tired and No longer cold from coming inside out of the rain earlier.

It rain earlier today while I was waiting for my mother to pick me up from school. It was raining, lightning, and thundering. I heard from some of the band teachers who were watching the rain near by that they issued Tornado Warnings in our county of the state. Today happens to be the day we have our homecoming football game and it just starts pouring as well as lightning. I'm not really sure if it was canceled or not. Though I honestly doubt it. They probably just waited a little while until it simmered down ab it. After being home for a bit and on the computer I got up at some point and walked by a window to see that everything outside was really yellow. I figured at this point after a friend sent me a picture she took outside her house of a rainbow, that I would take some pictures myself. This is gonna be a somewhat short post with some pictures. So here you go, you can see what it looked like outside. Both the yellow and the darkness that had gone over us flooding our street.

Family Days

Currently: Wiped Out. D: Soooooo... tired.

Today was Family Days festival this one YMCA that I know or City Center? Beats me, anywho, today was pretty awesome. Got to do chalk designs on the ground with like 20 other people who had signed up and gotten a square. Also got to hang out with my friends aswell as head around the lake where all the tents were set up for each differnt things like the Humane Society, JROTC at one of the high schools, Churches, and more. It was crazy awesome plus I got to take pictures of people in cool animal suits like there was I think a lady dressed up in a duck costume. Someone else dressed up in a pink dinasour during the parade and even the chick-fil-a cow was there. I got to take several pictures of him and my friend. It was very epic. I don't want to make this post in words since its gonna be WAAAAAAAYYYY long because of all the pictures I'm posting. I don't know if I'll post all the pictures in one post consider I took over a hundred. Though I won't upload them all on here, just ones that look pretty cool. And also a couple video's during the parade.

Before I start posting stuff, I also want to say in one of the video's I took, there is RYAN LOCHTE! WOOT!
(Note: More pictures in another post hopefully.)

Wasp Drawings

Currently: Reading manga's. ;D

Hehe, today's post should be short yet quite interesting. Its about a wasp I saw stuck between my back door and the screen door beyond that. It was atleast over an inch large and was probably the largest one I've seen yet. I was scared it might get into our house so I just sorta ran into another room hoping that it might just be stuck in there forever and eventually die. Though afterwards I thought about what I said and thought that was mean. So I hoped then that it would atleast get out and fly away from our house? Bubba and I think that maybe there's a nest forming somewhere on or near our back patio. We might have to borrow some of that bee and wasp killer the guys at Nana's work use. You stand like 5 to 8 feet back and spray them, then they almost instantly die. Its awesome, my mom borrowed a small bit that was left in one can from one of the guys who had sprayed a nest at her work and sprayed the next on our front light outside in our yard. It worked amazingly, I can't remember what it was called though. Sorry.

Also, this post is about my amazingly horrible drawings that I drew last night with some markers. I have tons of art sets in my room of crayons, markers, water paints, and acrylic paints. I figured I would try using some of the markers like I would see on Deviantart. And this is what I came up with, though its not all that good.
